Treatment involves manual physiotherapy along with education about your specific hip and groin problem, therapeutic exercises, and advice on how to return to your favourite activities without pain.
Physiotherapy can help diminish the frequency, intensity and duration of hip pain and groin pain and has been proven effective in the treatment of many common hip conditions including, femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), labral tears, hip dysplasia and hip osteoarthritis.
Is a referral required?
A referral is not required for a consultation on hip and groin pain management.
