Nicole (Currently on Maternity Leave) has been working at Lifecare since 2001, with a presence at both Prahran Sports Medicine and Ashburton. As a highly experienced practitioner, Nicole helps patients with all types of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in lower limb biomechanics and lumbopelvic injuries. Nicole has completed extensive training in clinical Pilates, and in 2007, she graduated with her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at Melbourne University. Her keen interest in sports has seen her work with The Australian Women’s Hockey Team, as well as Australian Taekwondo and Karate athletes to improve their performance and manage injury. Trained in dry needling and shockwave therapy, Nicole takes a multi-disciplined approach to her physiotherapy treatment and management strategies to ensure her patients achieve their optimal outcomes.
Nicole is actively involved in a wide variety of sports including cycling, hockey, snow skiing, body surfing, and scuba diving.
