Eric has over 13 years of experience as a Physiotherapist after graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2008. Eric spent the first half of his career gaining extensive experience at both Box Hill and St. Vincent’s Hospital. It was during his time working in the emergency department that his passion developed further, leading him back to university where he completed his Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University.
Eric has a particular passion for providing high-quality management to individuals with neck and spinal conditions particularly pre- and post-spinal surgery. He works closely with some of Melbourne’s most experienced neurosurgeons to ensure the best outcomes for his clients.
An avid basketballer and athlete as a junior, he is also passionate about knee pain, running injuries and helping people back onto the track. Eric is also well versed in the management of vertigo and dizziness originating in the inner ear as well as post-concussion and headache management. He has completed additional training in the DMA method of Clinical Pilates.
Eric takes pride in providing a holistic approach to his clients, taking care to address each individual’s concerns and needs. His treatment method is tailored to each individual, taking advantage of his manual therapy skills, use of exercise rehabilitation and knowledge of current research and evidence.
Outside of work you’ll find Eric at a music gig, attempting to surf or supporting the Hawks. If not, he’ll likely be enjoying a coffee and teaching himself guitar.
