David Grech is a qualified Pilates Instructor and Remedial Massage Therapist with 12 years combined experience. David worked for the first eight years of his career at The Melbourne Golf Injury Clinic alongside the late Ramsay McMaster world renown Golf Physiotherapist. He joined PSM Group in 2008.
David was involved with the AIS Golf Program and worked on the Australasian PGA Tour with some of this country’s best golfers between 2000 and 2002. He also worked at the Collingwood and Richmond football clubs during the 2000 and 2001 seasons, and various other world-class sporting events.
He believes in a holistic and functional approach to injury management, and loves working on improving the efficiency of body and movement. David has recently undergone boxing training and is currently also running Cardio Boxing classes at Mornington and Langwarrin. These classes are a high intensity workout focusing on developing cardio fitness, coordination and strength training.
David is married with two children. He has a love of the outdoors and all sports, and a passion for helping people get the most out of their chosen sport through Pilates and Massage. His two personal favourites for sport are running and golf.
