During this time, she completed her Comprehensive Polestar Pilates Course and is now certified in teaching Pilates using all equipment including matt, reformer, and the trapeze table.
Eliza uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, dry needling, clinical Pilates and movement therapy to treat a wide range of acute and chronic injuries. She is a strong advocate for actively involving her clients within their rehabilitation to help them achieve their movement goals. Eliza enjoys living an active lifestyle both in the gym and in the outdoors. Being active and disciplined with her own fitness, she understands the importance of smart training and injury prevention.
Outside of the studio, Eliza enjoys spending her time hiking, camping, playing golf, running and most recently, learning to surf.
