Dr Bronwyn Anderson is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Registrar with a decade of experience in orthopaedics as a surgical trainee. She has performed thousands of operations across Victoria and interstate, working alongside leading surgeons. She has interest and expertise in managing acute musculoskeletal injuries having provided expert advice to emergency departments and local GPs while also training medical students and junior doctors. This included experience with paediatric orthopaedics at the Royal Children’s and Monash Children’s Hospitals. This combination of surgical and non-surgical experience allows her to optimise recovery and rehabilitation for her patients. Bronwyn is actively involved in Sport and Exercise Medicine, working with the North Melbourne Football Club VFL and AFLW teams. She previously served as head doctor for Coburg VFL and has supported multiple suburban football teams. She also enjoys a medical role with Special Olympics Victoria. As a former national-level track and field athlete she won the Women’s Stawell Gift, enhancing her understanding of elite sports performance and injury management.

You do not require a GP referral to see Dr Anderson. She is not taking on WorkCover or TAC patients.
