Ripandeep commenced her career in India, where she has gained experience in various fields, including Private clinics, multi-specialist hospitals specialising in Orthopaedics and Gynaecology, and the Red Cross Society dealing with Orthosis and Prosthesis, and children with special needs.

Ripandeep relocated to Australia in 2018, and has worked in private practice and aged care sectors.

Bringing the wealth of experience in various sittings, she has found her special interest in working with older adults, to assist them with their independence and mobility at their own home. As a good team player, where she is committed to delivering high quality care and support to the team and the clients, she also seeks the opportunities to expand her career growth and wellbeing.

Ripandeep enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves watching Bollywood movies and participating in community gatherings.
