Bio

Arnika completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in Brisbane in 2021, before moving to Perth and graduating a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Murdoch University in 2023. Arnika began her career with Lifecare Homecare in early 2024 and has since been dedicated to helping clients improve their lives through the power of exercise. With a focus on evidence-based strategies and a compassionate approach, she strives to empower her clients to maintain independence, manage chronic conditions and enjoy a more active lifestyle.

Personal Interests

Arnika enjoys staying active by playing rugby league or touch football, practicing Pilates, training at the gym, and walking her dogs. She also loves the outdoors and often spend her weekends camping and exploring new places.
