Bio

Aphelele graduated from The University of the Witwatersrand, in South Africa in July 2017.

She completed her community service year in 2018 in a small government clinic gaining experience in community healthcare, neurological disorders as well health education to the community with relation to communicable diseases, working mostly with the older adult population.

Aphelele then worked in a private hospital for 5 years, where she took a special interest in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal therapy and rehabilitation, and also gained experience in cardiorespiratory management in intensive care and medical units.

Aphelele believes the best way to achieve optimal results from her clients is through education, consistency, and holistic management.

Personal Interests

Aphelele enjoys anything related to water. Swimming, walking along the beach, being surrounded by water makes her happiest.
