Bio
Ally graduated from Murdoch University with a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2023. She believes in the value of providing evidence-based exercise programs to help enhance people’s overall physical function without worsening the pain around the affected joint/area. Ally wishes to use her knowledge of exercise and fitness in an at-home based setting to help make great changes in people’s daily lifestyle and set them up on a more active future.
She has found a strong passion for seeing the positive changes exercise can make to people’s lives with a different range of clinical backgrounds and needs. She always like to treat individuals with the care and quality she would hope to receive and to make treatment an enjoyable, educating, and worthwhile experience.
Personal interests
Outside of work, you will often find Ally running, gym training, walking on the beach, or spending time with family and friends if she’s not out camping and exploring WA.
