Bio:
Brendan is a highly skilled Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about prescribing exercise for cardiopulmonary, metabolic and complex musculoskeletal conditions. Brendan is also a keen fast bowler and hence has a strong interest in developing the young athlete to make them strong, durable and perform better. Brendan believes in a caring and individual approach to his treatment extensive experience in order to gain maximum results from his clients. Brendan utilises health coaching, dietary advice as well as assessing the functional capacities and their appropriateness for a safe specialised exercise plan to address various pathologies such diabetes, obesity, falls risk, heart and lung disease and chronic musculoskeletal complaints. Brendan is passionate about prescribing exercise for the management of chronic metabolic and cardiopulmonary conditions, using a combination of health coaching and dietary advice to help clients best achieve their goals. Brendan is a current member of Box Hill Cricket Club’s 1st XI team, and enjoys keeping active in as many ways possible.
