Claudio completed a Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy in 2023 and has been working as qualified Remedial Massage Therapist/Myotherapist since 2016. He grew up in Italy and moved to Australia at 22 because he heard from a friend how beautiful this country is and he had to see it by himself! At the peak of his career in Handball he won a National Championship title at only 15 as goalkeeper.
A very attentive listener, Claudio understands the importance of pay attention to people’s stories because he believes pain is not just a physical phenomenon. Claudio understands the importance of leaving the consultation feeling already better by applying a mix of hand-on approaches such as deep-tissue massage, fire cupping, dry needling, joint mobilizations and Muscle-Energy Techniques.
When he’s not at the clinic, Claudio loves spending time with his partner and baking cookies to sell at Sunday Markets on the peninsula. He’s passionate about movies (any other Cohen’s brothers fan here?!) food and computer games!
